What is Substi?
Substi is an agentic AI infrastructure for organisations. It combines an AI brain, business memory, perception and action capabilities, and orchestration that controls each stage and involves people.
How is it different from a chatbot?
A chatbot mainly produces an answer. A Substi AI employee is scoped to prepare a plan, consult sources, use tools, perform authorised actions, check the result and hand over exceptions.
Does the company always own the AI?
Two options are offered. The client-owned AI brain is designed as a client asset; the Secure Substi Brain remains Substi’s while client data and memory stay in a private environment. Exact rights are specified contractually.
Can Substi act in software without an API?
A computer-vision scenario can be assessed when the API is unavailable or incomplete. The interface, rights, visible states, checks and safe stops are tested before deployment.
Where is data hosted?
Depending on the offer and project, deployment can be assessed in a private cloud, dedicated infrastructure or on client servers. Data flows, processors, any external models and retention periods are documented.
Does the AI employee replace human accountability?
No. Rights, limits, thresholds, approvals and handoff cases are defined with the organisation. People retain sensitive decisions, relationships and final accountability.
How do we get started?
The first task is to map one process: inputs, volumes, rules, software, variants, risks, controls and expected outcome. This assessment defines a measurable pilot.
Which autonomy level should we choose?
It depends on process risk and maturity. A project can start with assistance or proposals, then progress to controlled execution after testing and business approval.
Does Substi use external models?
The architecture can use an external capability when the project permits it. The model, purpose, transferable data and controls must then be explicitly defined.
How does Substi limit computing resources?
The approach selects a suitable model, limits unnecessary context, indexes memory, reuses approved results and sizes infrastructure appropriately. No numerical gain is published without a documented benchmark.
What is the indicative pricing?
Pricing on the Offers page separates the AI brain, each AI employee and integration setup. It remains indicative until scope, software, volumes and security have been assessed.
